A spin-off venture from Yokohama National University, developed A wearable measurement device visualizes fall risk in just one minute. This device enables a comprehensive assessment of sensory and physical abilities related to fall risk, which could not be measured before.
3. ASEMtechInc. (https://asem-tech.com/en/)
A spin-off venture from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology has developed a new non-invasive imaging diagnostic and inspection platform based ASEM Technology. It enables non-invasive, high-precision visualization of fibrotic and degenerative tissue changes that are difficult to detect with conventional imaging methods such as CT or MRI.

A spin-off venture from Keio University has developed Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technologies to treat severe upper-limb impairments after stroke. This BCI system reorganizes brain circuits, enabling hand movement even after the device is removed, aiming to make this BCI treatment widely accessible in neurorehabilitation.

A spin-off venture from Tokyo University aiming to create new medicines by revealing sleep mechanisms using advanced AI and data science. They have developed a highly accurate wrist-based sleep measurement AI that achieves superior accuracy and sensitivity—especially in arousal disorder analysis—compared to major wearable devices like Fitbit and Apple Watch.
6. Human Skin Gas Analysis from Tokai University, Prof. Yoshika Sekine
Prof. Sekine studies human skin gas, consisting of various volatile compounds emitted from the skin surface. Skin gas is a biological signal continuously and autonomously obtained from the body, with promising applications such as daily health checks (alcohol, stress, diet detection) and human identification through skin gas pattern analysis.
