Monozukuri Ventures supports startups’ manufacturing in total. It provides the most suitable solutions on each stage of idea～prototyping～mass production.
- Prototyping
The experts of Monozukuri Ventures propose prototyping to meet your needs and help forming the ideas. Also, Monozukuri Ventures manages “Kyoto Makers Garage”, a fab space with equipment such as 3D printer, laser cutter, CNC processing machine and so on. There, Monozukuri Ventures also regularly holds workshops, hackathons, meetup events to activate the manufacturing community.

- Prototype Consulting
Monozukuri Ventures’ project manager who knows both manufacturing industry and startups, supports startups by using know-how which has been cultivated till now so that startups can avoid pitfalls to which they may tend to fall. The product manager utilizes a reliable network of supply-chain of manufacturers and makes an advice based on prospective production process to realize significant cost reduction and time savings on prototyping stage and mass production stage.
・Fund
Monozukuri Ventures manages a fund specialized for “Prototyping” the first time in Japan. As its partner corporations, not only financial institutions but also manufacturers which support manufacturing by startups are participating the fund and Monozukuri Ventures provides a broad business support including engagements such as corroborations between startups and the partner corporations, etc.
The investment targets are seeds, startups based *in Japan or U.S. on early stage. The use of fund is for development cost of hardware.
